There are 6.5 million traditional (pre-1919) buildings in England, Scotland and Wales, which is approximately 20-30 per cent of all buildings in Great Britain.
This is the perfect course to lean how to retrofit a huge number of homes and is a qualification that will lead to becoming a Retrofit Assessor, Designer or Evaluator (https://cms.trustmark.org.uk/media/ja0hyidk/pas2035-roles-and-qualifications-v13.pdf).

Level 3 tests
There will be 3 x 20 minute multiple choice tests on the final day for the Level 3 Qualification.

To be eligible for the course to be fully-funded, the learner must be age 19+, live in a Greater Manchester postcode and earn less than £31,200 (before tax) per annum. There is some additional criteria based on existing qualifications but this will be checked upon registering.
