In this workshop we’ll cover the different forms of modular design and construction, explain the principles of off-site / prefabricated assembly alongside the MMC Framework and show some architectural case studies.

In the second part of the workshop, we’ll run through the relevance of using sustainable building materials - there is a real risk of adopting time/cost/waste saving processes at the expense of the environment. Environmental sustainability should be at the heart of everything we do.
